Andrew is an Investment Associate at Oakley Group and its affiliated entities, where he plays an integral role in asset management, acquisitions, and portfolio operations. His responsibilities include underwriting new investment opportunities, supporting transaction execution, assisting with due diligence processes, and working closely with property management and operating partners to drive performance across the portfolio. Andrew is also involved in the ongoing evaluation of asset-level and portfolio-wide initiatives.

Prior to joining Oakley Group, Andrew served as Senior Financial Analyst with Cushman & Wakefield’s Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group, where he led financial underwriting and analysis for multifamily assets, conducted market research, and managed back-office operations. Andrew began his career as an intern at Oakley Group, where he built a strong foundation in real estate investment and developed meaningful relationships with the team.

Andrew earned his B.A. from the University of Virginia and a Master of Divinity from Beeson Divinity School at Samford University. Outside of work, he enjoys playing music, hunting/fishing, scuba diving, and spending time with his wife, Carley.
