Director of Operations

Jorja is the Director of Operations at Oakley Group and its affiliated entities. She brings a wealth of experience in operations and administration from previous roles in both Charlotte and Birmingham. Her diverse background has given her a deep understanding of organizational dynamics and the ability to navigate complex environments with efficiency and insight.

A certified Enneagram specialist with a passion for human development, Jorja has served as a coach and educator, helping individuals and business teams unlock their full potential. Known for her ability to “get things done,” Jorja thrives in the fast-paced, execution-focused environment of Oakley Group.

In her role, she oversees investor relations, cash management, and internal operations, while also supporting the team with day-to-day administrative needs. Her proactive mindset and commitment to excellence make her an integral part of the OG team. Jorja’s favorite role, however, is being a mom to her adult children—Caroline, Drew, and Mari-Helen.
