Lou Davis is the Chief Investment Officer for the Oakley Group (OG) and is responsible for all investment activities for the company. Prior to joining OG, Lou served in leadership positions for DLP Real Estate Capital, StoneRiver Company, Cortland Partners, and Columbia Property Trust. Across his 20+ years in real estate, Lou has successfully been involved in over $5 Billion in real estate transactions across multiple geographies and asset types. Lou graduated from the University of Kentucky with majors in Finance and Management and holds a CCIM designation.
