Michael Krombach

Michael Krombach is the Executive Vice President and General Counsel of the Oakley Group (OG) and its affiliates. Michael joined OG in 2015 and has spent a significant amount of time expanding OG’s multifamily portfolio through both developments and acquisitions. Michael is involved in all aspects of the investment process, from sourcing and execution to investor relations. Prior to OG, Michael was in private practice with a Birmingham law firm where he focused on asset-based financing transactions, loan workouts, and general corporate work for privately held companies and family offices. Before practicing law, he was an analyst for Deutsche Bank. Michael received his B.S. and B.A. in Economics and Finance from Samford University’s Brock School of Business and his law degree from Samford’s Cumberland School of Law.
