  • LEO at Flint Crossing

    Oakley Group’s newest investment opportunity is a 266-unit ground-up development in Meridianville (Huntsville), Alabama – LEO at Flint Crossing, which is offered through our partnership Advenir Oakley Capital, LLC. Huntsville is one of the fastest growing MSAs in the country and LEO at Flint Crossing is a state-of-the-art, build-to-rent (cottage style) community designed by Nequette Architecture & Design. Advenir Oakley Capital acquired the land in August 2021 and began site work in March 2022 with Birmingham-based general contractor Capstone Building Corporation.

  • LEO at Bethel Place

    Advenir Oakley began construction on LEO at Bethel Place in early 2023. Situated in Weatherford, TX (Fort Worth), this 200-unit ground-up BTR development will feature one, two and three bedroom units with an average of 1,210 sf.

  • LEO at Cartersville

    Advenir Oakley began site work on LEO at Cartersville starting in June 2023. This new 246-unit BTR development is within the robust Atlanta Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) and will bring much-needed rental housing to the flourishing area.

    Designed by Birmingham-based Nequette Architecture & Design, LEO at Cartersville will feature a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom cottages, designed to meet the needs of families and individuals who want a comfortable and convenient place to call home. The collective unit mix includes 34.1% one bedrooms, 51.2% two bedrooms, and 14.6% three bedrooms. Unit sizes range from 728 to 1,510 square feet. Birmingham-based Capstone Building Corp. is the general contractor for the project.

  • LEO at Jamestown

    Advenir Oakley is excited to provide you with this update on LEO at Jamestown, our new construction Single Family BTR Development located in the thriving Greenville MSA which closed on October 27th, 2022. Job growth within our neighborhood continues to display strength with a couple of significant announcements, BMW’s recent announcement for a $1.7Bn expansion for EV’s as well as the $300M expansion of the Greenville-Spartanburg airport, both located within a 5-minute drive from our community. Our development team made significant progress working together with the general contractor through the winter & spring months to clear trees and begin stripping the site of topsoil. Current site activities include the installation of underground utilities, excavation of our retention ponds and installation of drainage and roadways. Perimeter fencing with LEO branding has been installed and LEO Living marketing signs have been displayed along Main Street. Upon completion, the community will consist of 296 Cottage Home BTR units with a fully staffed LEO Living management team, clubhouse & luxury resort style amenities.
